the sky bar was fabulous! i really enjoyed the wide selection offered at breakfast. the staff was super friendly and very helpful (especially when i needed directions!).

The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection. the hotel features multiple pools on different levels. there is convenient bus service to the old town directly from a stop near the hotel. It costs only a few euros.

i enjoyed the various restaurants and bars available at the hotel. the rooftop bar offered fantastic views. the private beach was a real highlight, with clear water, and easy access. every staff member are very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the wait for coffee machine during peak breakfast hours are a slight inconvenience.

Mixed Experience, Some Issues Observed
inconsistent breakfast rude bartender
I noticed the breakfast quality wasn't consistent. It sometimes seemed like a basic spread rather than what I'd anticipate for a 4-star hotel, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing! the service at one of the bars felt off. The bartender included an unsolicited tip when I noticed the price on the terminal didn't match, and the bartender threw money back at me. The room card stopped working several times , requiring multiple trips to reception.

generally ok stay
food selection room upgrade friendly staff unclean room bed bug sleepless night
The breakfast had a good selection of food. we received a room upgrade, it was a nice surprise! the staff was friendly. They assisted with all our needs.
the room wasn't clean when we arrived which was not ideal. i'm pretty sure we found bedbugs in the room. i couldn't sleep at all the last night of our stay because of it. it unfortunately ruined the whole experience for me.
